This is our signature service. We have an amazing team of expert trainers, who are passionate career professionals. Our workouts are designed to be both fun and effective. Using the most innovative training techniques, our personal trainers are well prepared to assist you with any fitness need.

1-on-1 personal training
Class Times

Our popular Cardio Boxing/Kickboxing classes blend traditional martial arts, boxing and aerobic exercise to get your body into the best shape it’s ever been.  Ran in a Boot Camp Fashion; we combine elements of Boxing, Kickboxing, Boot Camp workouts to create the ultimate total body workout.

The class starts with a 10-minute warm-up with small running bursts, jump rope rounds, push-ups, lunges and body-squats. This is followed by 20 minutes of high-intensity cardiovascular boxing/kickboxing bag work. Using kicks, knee strikes, elbow jabs and punches along with equipment like bags, kicking shields and focus mitts you will sweat away the unwanted extra pounds fast.

 After a killer cardio session, you will get a chance to fine tune your body by working out on the TRX Suspension Trainer.  A final 5 minutes will be spent cooling down with stretching.

Small group training

If One on One training is not your cup of tea bring a couple friends along. In our Small Group Training program. We focus on high intensity intervals and strength training, which are the most effective techniques for both weight loss and improving your overall fitness.
