What is Suspension Training?

TRX® Suspension Trainer™ exercises allow for the use of multiple planes of motion and works multiple muscles and joints simultaneously. Traditional weight training often only works one muscle at a time and the TRX forces you to use normal coordinated muscle effort, used to complete most everyday activities. Plus the TRX is fun and different and we promise you won’t be bored.


Why Private Training Sessions ?

The versatility of TRX Suspension Training exercises allow for allows for hundreds of functional exercises to be combined to create unique and challenging training programs that meet the performance enhancement goals of all athletes and competitive events.

We find that shorter workouts in general are catapulting even the most hardened couch potatoes to a new level of goal achievements. From athletic performance goals or to stave off mid-age slumps and bumps, Oakland Karate & Kickboxing has found that bite size chunks of training in 30 minutes of TRX makes high-level fitness reachable
