OUR STYLE:
We teach one of the
most comprehensive and complete self defense systems in today's society
- Shaolin Kempo Karate / Ju Jitsu. Our style of Kempo / Kenpo was
created by using the systems of
Shaolin, Kenpo, Karate, and Ju Jitsu as guides in the forming of our
integrated
style. Thus creating the perfect formula for developing a superior
martial
artist. Here is a brief break down of the four systems that encompass
our art.

SHAOLIN
The Shaolin system incorporates the movements of the Five Animals The Shaolin theory of fighting is based on circular movements, speed, conditioning and developing strong internal energy, tendons and ligaments. The system is very well balanced, incorporating the mind, body and spirit into one, necessary for both health and self-defense.
KEMPO / KENPO
The Kempo/ Kenpo system is a combination of multiple strikes, breaking blocks, Jujitsu, combined with the flow of Kung Fu and the power of Karate. The execution will consist of the perfection of effective technique, balance and power combined with circular motion shortened to increase speed and power.
KARATE
Karate is simple and quick to learn and to execute. Known for its linear and angular movements with quick shuffles and in-line fighting movements. Explosive yet mechanical movements and devastating strikes are the backbone of this system. Karate concentrates more on external power and using fewer moves to get the job done.
JIU JITSU / JUDO
Jiu Jitsu / Judo basics consist of: rolls, slap outs, break falls, and mat work. As you advance in your training you move into theories and applications that emphasize throwing, twisting, seizing, joint locking, escapes, holding techniques,choke-holds and pressure at certain nerve points.
