CHILDREN & TEENS SHAOLIN KEMPO KARATE
Our Structured programs for Children 4-11 years old and Teens 11-14 years old, teach young students skills that they can use for life. The primary goal for our student's training, is to provide the highest quality instruction to help the student develop personal life skills. To do this we provide a clean, fun and positive atmosphere where students can learn and train with our highly dedicated staff.
Our classes emphasize character building and increasing physical capabilities in addition to gaining valuable self defense skills. All students start on our Karate Introductory Program. The Introductory Program is designed to teach new students the basic material needed to join into the beginner class.

CHILDREN & TEENS MIXED MARTIAL ARTS CLASS
This program is the best way to compliment your Shaolin Kempo training. Designed for Children 7-10 Years Old, Teens 11-15 Years Old Our students learn the stand up of Muay Thai and the ground techniques of wrestling & Ju Jitsu. This is the best way to compliment your Shaolin Kempo Karate training.
Your child will not only learn self-defence but attributes that will help them in their every day life (respect, courtesy, discipline, manners and confidence).
The class is broken into 5 parts:
- Warm Up and Conditioning
- Mauy Thai Pad Drills
- Throwing & Takedowns
- Ground Techniques
- Sparring

The auto debit membership is a Six Month contract. Contracts require first month payment to start. When you finish with the 6 months and want to continue, you will continue to be billed $89/month, but be under no contract.
